Wow. This story was so beautiful and engaging. Having never read anything from either author, I was excited to jump into this story. I am a fan of Amish fiction and this one did not disappoint. I did not read the first book in the series but this story was fine to read as a standalone. The story is refreshing and current. The main characters were relatable and well written. I can’t wait to read more from the authors.

Highly recommend if you enjoy Christian Amish Romance with a whole lot of heart!

Wow. Susan May Warren has done it again! She is able to write romantic suspense that is both heart wrenching and inspiring. I love her writing so much and I am very excited for this series. The first book was an international whirlwind full of familiar characters (this is a standalone but some of her past characters are back) and action-packed adventure! You will not want to miss this exciting new story that will keep you guessing and keep you reading to the end. The characters are relatable and flawed. The romance is realistic. The dialogue is superb. The faith aspects are beautifully written. 

Definitely something you should be reading if you enjoy romantic suspense full of faith and action!

A Match in the Making
Book 1 in the Matchmakers series

As a huge fan of the author’s witty and romantic stories full of quirky characters, I was so excited to get an ARC of the the first book in this new series. There’s something so lighthearted and charming and humorous about how the author writes her characters that just seem so endearing and make you want to root for the heroine. The author does an amazing job of keeping you hooked and invested in her characters. I am such a sucker for matchmaking stories full of fun antics and especially precocious children. I found the writing well done and the story perfectly paced. I also appreciated the nod to feminism during a historical time when women were not considered equals.

“You’re going to be told throughout your life that girls shouldn’t do many things. It’ll be up to you to decide whether that’s true or not.”

Highly recommend this clean, witty, fun, rom-com that will make you laugh, swoon and maybe even cry.
