I’m so excited that Dani Pettrey has another hit on her hands! I loved this story and was impressed with the world building and how she introduced new characters (to set up this series) without taking away from the story. I am such a huge fan of her Alaskan Courage series and couldn’t wait to dive into her new Chesapeake Valor series. The author has a way of creating relatable characters who don’t just find love but peace. This story is so captivating I couldn’t put the book down. I basically read it in one sitting because it’s that good. If you are thinking about reading this book, just do it. You won’t regret it.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves adventure, mystery, and romance.
